Apple itunes download windows 10 64 bit

I tried to perform an over-the-top update using full offline installers (iTunes64Setup.exe, ~ 200 MB) downloaded yesterday (2) from either at or at but both installers asked if I want to repair or remove my current iTunes installation instead of performing an over-the-top update to v12.12.0.6. I currently have 64-bit iTunes for Win 10 v12.11.4.15 (the installed version, not the Microsoft Store UWP version) and when I go to Help | Check for Updates it says that v12.11.4 is the current version. According to the Apple Security Updates page at iTunes v12.12.0 was released for Windows 10 on 2.
